Probably an overnight trip but worth taking a day out of you holiday to visit. A few hours drive from the motel and you will see the awesome sight of the magnificent falls. You just can’t help staring this natural wonder of the world, with millions of gallons of water flooding past you every minute. Take a trip of the Maid of the Mist for a truly exhilarating experience, or if you are more adventurous, see it from above by helicopter.

If you see the falls from the Canadian side, you can stop off in Toronto on your way back and visit the CN Tower with it’s glass floor, it’s a strange feeling looking down to the ant like people below. Visit the Sky Dome, home of the Blue Jays baseball team, which has a sliding roof over the whole dome. If you still have the time or the energy, then finish of the trip with a visit to the underground shopping malls. You can have a well earned rest on your return to the motel.
